Garden Tangle Class

Oh, how I enjoy my classes with Jean!  These are a result of class today; I can't tell you how many times I shaded and re-shaded the opus in the lower picture!

Orangic -- and lovin' it.

Any time I have a few minutes I find myself playing with organic tangles. Once again I really need to learn the names of tangles!
Cruffle, Tipple, Squid, and (I forget!)

Croon, Flux (?), and a morph of Mooka (?)

DC 137

I find myself staying away from grids so this was a good challenge for me; thanks Diva! And like the Diva, the Tipple is already one of my go to tangles.  This was also an experiment is trying to make a 3D appearance as well as to practice shading -- something I also tend to lean away from but given that it is so important in tangling, it must be done. Notice what's missing??? It just dawned on me that I didn't fill in between the circles in the Tipple! So.... here is Knightsbridge and Tipple.

Earth ZIA

I need to get to know the names of tangles.  I know North America is Tipple, South America is Flukes, and Europe/Asia is Arc Flower.  I have no idea about Africa... I've seen it or something similar but am clueless about it's name!

TBO dare 74

I have only been tangling for a few weeks -- and am totally addicted!  I need to thank my CZT for teaching, inspiring, and appreciating me... thank you Jean Chaney.

Yesterday I completed my first tangle dare from The Bright Owl.  I find myself feeling obligated to stay within the confines of the string or template so I started with the squid tangle to break free...
